	歩道にある点字ブロックは、目の見えない人にとって、目の役割をはたしています。しかし、その上に駐輪したりする人もいます。自分の目に車輪を乗せる人がいるでしょうか？そんな事実をメッセージするために、点字ブロックをタイル状に組み合わせ、ＰＨＯＴＯという目に関係する単語に（“Ｏ”の文字部分はリフレクターのインク使用しているため、前から光が当たると反射します。）並べてみました。
	There's an yellow dots blocks on the sidewalk to let people who arent't able to feel. but there are some people who park on that block. There shouldn't be anyone who put wheels of car on your eyes. To that concept to be understood, i put eye balls, glasses and the word PHOTO which is visually related thing to be showed.
